3. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made through our store are final. Digital goods and services are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable unless:

• The item was not delivered as described
• There was a technical error preventing delivery
• The purchase was unauthorized (fraud)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. Virtual Items

Virtual items, ranks, and permissions purchased from our store are licensed to you and remain our property. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or transfer virtual items at any time. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or our server rules. Banned players are not entitled to refunds for purchased items.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our servers will be available 24/7 or free from errors. We are not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or any damages arising from use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfPack and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord or website.
